ECA is providing support to the Electricity Regulatory Authority of Vietnam over a 15-month period to review and revise electricity transmission charges. The review is expected to improve the cost-reflectivity of the charging structure, the formalise the process of setting charges and to build capacity within ERAV and the National Power Transmission Corporation for calculating and applying a more sophisticated transmission charging structure.
