The World Bank has contracted ECA to assist in developing the gas-to-power consortium concept, to produce a road map for implementation (including capital investment requirements, funding arrangements and risk mitigation strategies); with the aim of attracting prospective investors to participate and establish a consortium to build gas-fired power stations in South East Europe (SEE), in the Western Balkans Contracting Parties of the Energy Community.
